- If you feel that the lesson you have planned is not easy for your students to adapt to, change it. Remember, it is all to make sure that your students are getting the best quality lesson from you. Hence, sticking to something that is not in the favor of your students is of no use.
- The lessons being planned by a different organizer, if somehow seems difficult to you, never step back from asking questions. It is you who have to impart the knowledge and therefore your doubts must be clarified in the first step.

The biggest of having a centralized lesson plan is that it helps teachers who are just stepping into their ESL teaching career. Teaching young learners is not always manageable and once you get an organized plan, you are the winner. Your total focus will be on educating your students.
Planning a centralized lesson is indeed time-consuming because it takes a lot to chalk out every minute detail. Your working hours will be lesser if you do not have to craft the lesson plan.

But often, experienced teachers feel that a centralized lesson plan is not befitting the demand of the students. Hence, they disagree with such plans.
