From 100 enrolments to 70000+ enrolments
Pre and primary teacher training course, one of the key products of Asian College of Teachers was launched with only Diploma in Pre and Primary Teacher Training with Specialization in Teaching English Program. Two more courses were added gradually - Advanced Diploma in Pre & Primary Teacher Training and Post Graduate Diploma in Pre & Primary Teacher Training. Over the years an array of specialized Courses like Teaching Grammar, Teaching Phonetics, Classroom Management, Certificate in Classroom Material Development, Montessori Teaching etc. were introduced which gained immense popularity. Asian College of Teachers also launched the Diploma in Educational Administration & Management Program in 2013 to meet the growing demand of the teachers responsible for the school administration and management and looking for career growth and very recently launched courses like Certificate Course in Special Education, Integrating Technology in the Classroom, Preschool Administration and Management to meet the needs of professionals in the educational domain. Asian College of Teachers which started with 100 enrolments crossed 70,000+ enrolments in 2021 and Asian College of Teachers plans to continue that success story and add more feathers to its cap.
Interactive School Workshops
Asian College of Teachers has a school association program and has been conducting workshops in different parts of Asia for teaching professionals. There have been workshops on professional development of teachers in Asian countries like Thailand, Myanmar, Indonesia, Vietnam, Malaysia and Singapore. The workshops conducted are meant for educators associated with government as well as international schools keen to build new skills and innovative methods and the trainers travel to the respective places to conduct workshops for a few days. The workshop is designed according to the requirement of the school so that the participating teachers bring back to classes flood of innovative ideas and it also puts emphasis on various hands on activities, games etc which engage the candidates and aid in better understanding. There were interactive workshops in bilingual schools in Thailand and Indonesia where training provided enriched the minds of the participants with relevant knowledge.
Asian College of Teachers has also been instrumental in imparting English skill training to 1000+ Thai teachers. Workshops have also been designed for various schools in Laos and Cambodia which were a great success. Moreover, ACT has associations with various schools all over Asia with a special focus on South East Asia and also offers special package for group admission in case of bulk enrolment from schools or other educational institutions.
